International Shipping

We handle our international shipments through United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking is not available for international shipments but we can provide the Customs number when requested. Specific shipping times are also not provided but most shipments arrive between 2-4 weeks depending on the location.

Please be advised that different countries have different customs regulations and you should check on them prior to ordering. You may be responsible for import fees or customs clearance depending on the rules of your home country.

How do I track my order?

All our products are raw and vegan. Our berry powders and chaga are dried/dehydrated in a low drying process, around 100 degrees F temperature.

What do I do if my address is wrong or incomplete?

A: It is natural for the powder to fade slightly after the container is opened. Because our products do not contain any preservatives or added coloring, the berry may react to the air and slightly change. This can happen with all the berry powders.
